Goal: install Sery Link, pick a folder, search it. No account or signup needed for local features.

1. Install — download Sery Link for your OS and drag to Applications (macOS) or run the installer (Windows/Linux).
2. Open — the welcome wizard shows one screen: “Pick a folder.”
3. Pick a folder containing Parquet, CSV, Excel, or documents you want to search. (You can also skip and add folders later from Settings.)
4. Sery Link indexes locally — no email, no signup, no cloud contact. Schemas, sample rows, and column stats are cached on your machine. Larger folders take longer to finish their first index.
5. Search anything — type a filename, a column name, or text from a document. Results assemble across all your watched folders.
